Can somebody decree that that suit will be the obligatory Presidential attire? It wouldn't help against the foolishness but atleast people would know the reason.

Elections by combat would probably lower the average age of presidents considerably, but I'm not sure you would get the right kind of person to then run a Democracy.

Say that a little louder to the people who didn't realise it was a JOB requiring EXPERTISE (and a work ethic).
Do you know what they've had the nerve to tell me? That they wanted a 'leader' with 'common sense'. 
As someone astutely said on Bluesky, 'common sense' is what tells you the Earth is flat.

Normal procedure to improve something would be to analyse it and make some adjustments where needed, not shut it down for starters, let the whole thing crash and then start your analysis of what is now definitely broken.
