Everybody has those memories: the summer romance. The chance encounter. The perfect day, the idyllic moment. The unforeseen adventure. A lot of them seem to happen in late summer – because that's when we're mostly likely to be somewhere we aren't usually. To see and do new things.

We want you to dredge up a memory for us. Tell us about something unusual that happened to you one summer. Did you meet someone who made an impression on you? Maybe it was a place you visited. Or maybe something strange, or wonderful, or terrible happened to you.
