While researching Pepe le Pew, it occurred to me that we had no skunk entry.

Here's a practical one.

I threw in the picture from the Library of Congress because the only photo I've made of a skunk is too indistinct. I wasn't brave enough to get any closer with a camera flash.

Excellent - thank you. Lovely image - I can imagine the camera flash might startle a skunk indeed!
