A87789550 - UPDATE: The National Parks of England and Wales

Just a small point.
During the foot-and-mouth disease crisis of 2001, when over 7 million cows and sheep were killed and many parts of the countryside
Cattle is a more accurate plural, cows refers to just the female

I went on holiday, and obviously missed your comment – it wasn't deliberate! I've now corrected both SashaQ & BobStafford's suggestions.

No problem
The second paragraph in the Exmoor section still reads oddly to me, with the two mentions of 'Exmoor' in two sentences.

I've re-written this, so we only have one use of the word 'Exmoor' per paragraph and I've re-phrased the second sentence again (and shoved all the odd-sounding bits into the third sentence, but at least the second sentence reads fine now .)

That's great
Sorry for the confusion about sentence vs paragraph
I have no further comments - this looks ready to go to me

Do you think it would be possable to mention
Dr Joyce Lambert who discovered in the 1960s that a largr area of the Broads are flooded Medieval peat excavations, and are man made artificial features from the Middle ages. The that owned the area gave permission for the Abbeys and other ecleastical establishments to mine and sell the peat. The Cathedral took 320,000 tonnes of peat a year
Sea level rises flooded the area and created much of the Braads.

Should read
The church who owned the area gave permission for the Abbeys and other ecleastical establishments to mine and sell the peat. The Cathedral took 320,000 tonnes of peat a year

Any reason why the list of the parks, and then the headings and paragraphs on them are in a different order?

Hello – there is a reason why the list of parks and headings and paragraphs on them are in different orders – and that is as a compromise with answering earlier posts about whether or not a chronological approach to listing the parks was the best method. In a compromise, I ended up mentioning them first of all alphabetically, and then keeping to the original entry's chronological approach.
I've added a little of that to the section on the Broads – it is the sort of thing that should be in an article on the Broads itself, as sadly an overview cannot go into too much detail, but was definitely worth a quick mention.
