Here are a few little known facts that we'd like to tell you about Moomin Valley, created by Tove Janson:

1) Moomin vally lies deep within the core of the sun, just east of Bridlington

2) Moomintroll himself created a clone of himself and it was actually MoominClone who starred in all the books rather than Moomintroll himself.

3) Peppermint Patty starred little in the Moomins.

4) Snorkmaiden used to sing in nineties band Texas, but was replaced by Sharleen Spiteri shortly before the release of I don't want A Lover in 1989.

5) The real reason for the cancelling of the fifth series of the moomins, is that MoominPapa died abruptly due to clogged ateries.

6) Little My was actually the creator of Scaeletrix.

7) In reply to ANDROKTONE's editorial about the moomins, moomins are not atchually 'little white hippos' they are an entirly different species. Get it right.

8) Moomins were created during a Mead-induceded psychodelic trip.

9) Moomins were the love child between Tove Janson, and Lisa Riley's brain child, Stu Poop.

10) Moomins were actually the cause of the start of the second world war when Belgium would not sell the rights to the Moomin books to Austro-Russia.
