Calling lord Mike...

Ah Mike, there you are my dear fellow...

I was wondering if I could have your permission to use the Valeshini again in my upcoming story for Richards arc?

Also, could I possibly have the next part of the Valeshini quest.

Also...Do you think we should finish Robots of Groove in part 5? or do you think we should have a part 6?

>>I was wondering if I could have your permission to use the Valeshini again in my upcoming story for Richards arc?<<

Certainly, but don't lay on too much new Valeshini continuity

>>could I possibly have the next part of the Valeshini quest?<<

Certainly, it's winging its way towards you via the wonder of email as we speak!

>>Do you think we should finish Robots of Groove in part 5? or do you think we should have a part 6?<<

I think we should have a Part 6, the Doctor, Romana and K9 could travel back up to the Mothership in the TARDIS and send the Dokarts back to outer space. Plus it would make it a nice round number smiley - smiley

Martin, have you read The Ancestor Cell?

I have not, in fact, read the ancestor cell, why do you ask?

Very well then, six parts it shall be.

There is only going to be one Valeshini in my story anyway, a delegate named Koran intent on killing the Doctor.

I only ask if you've read The Ancestor Cell as it effects the Whoniverse more than any other book, audio or television episode ever! I just thought it might influence how the Ninth Doctor behaves and also if you had any plans to include Time Lords or Gallifrey.

The Doctor arrives on the peaceful planet of Teleksis, where the people are preparing for their annual corranation. A Princess on the planet however may only be crowned Queen once she has a husband, and it just so happens that she chooses the Doctor.

But also present on the planet are a Valeshini delegate named Saracini, who is intent on bringing the Doctor back to Valeshnos to stand trial for his crimes against the Valeshini, and is also working with the duplicitous Prince Klato who has plans of his own to destroy both the Doctor and the Princess so that he may be crowned King.

I do have an idea that i thin has promise though Mike, Saracini, wants the prince to become King so that he can form a pact of neutrality with the planet and further the advance of the Valeshini empire, as they prepare for an assault on Earth.

So are u enjoying Robots of Groove? I am!

Perhaps our next story could be about the Valeshini attacking Earth by the way? And by the way, there was an actor called Saracini in Doctor who wasnt there? I'm sure there was...

I think there was, yes. So which Doctor will the new story feature? I was thinking of perhaps the Second as we haven't written a joint story solely for him yet and I'd really like him to meet the Valeshini (perhaps we could place it during The Season of Monsters?)

Well, prepare for a shock.

Cutting out as much of the War continuity as is possible it goes something like this:

The Doctor is captured and returned to Gallifrey by Romana and finds that a huge orchid-shaped edifice has appeared in the sky over Gallifrey. This edifice is causing major temporal damage. The Faction Paradox also arrive near Gallifrey and invade, using the Edifice as a gateway. It is revealed that the Edifice is actually the Doctor's TARDIS (which was supposed to have been destroyed in Shadows of Avalon). It is also revealed that the Edifice si the only thing holding the universe together. At the end of Interference the Faction Paradox kill the Third Doctor prematurely, thus creating a paradox. The Edifice is holding both possible timelines (the Faction Paradox one and the one we know as the correct DW continuity) stable, but the strain on this is becoming too much and the result would be the destruction of both timelines. The Faction Paradox take control of Gallifrey and enslave the Time Lords. Within the Edifice the Doctor decides that the only way to save reality is to destroy the Edifice, thereby one of the realities would become dominant and the other would cease to exist. The Doctor does this, but the Edifice has become fused with Gallifrey so the destruction of the Edifice also destroys Gallifrey.

The Doctor is returned to Earth in the early twentieth century, with a tiny black box inside his pocket and no memory. The tiny black box is actually the TARDIS and over the course of the "Earth Arc" it slowly rows back into its former shape. The Doctor still has no memory though his companion Fitz remembers the event (but does not tell the Doctor). The only other Time Lords known to have survived are Romana, the Master, Iris Wildthyme, Nivet and Tarra.

At the current point in the EDAs the Doctor still does not remember anything about his past beyond waking up in the train carrage at the end of The Ancestor Cell.

Wow, a lot of stuff has happened. I think I should start reading the EDA'S again.

So did you enjoy Robots of Groove Mike?

Indeed I did Martin. Not as much as I did Grandplan, but it made a nice gap between epics didn't it?

Shall I post a trailer for our new story?

I've just got a couple of questions for you Martin.

1) Do you want the next episode of The Valeshini Quest

and

2) I'm planning to write another story after The Valeshini Quest, can I use Tor Garane and his robot army in it?

Calling lord Mike...

Post 19

1)Yes.

2)But of course! What will this story be about?

Well, I'm planning it to be an adventure for the Eighth Doctor where he lands in the middle of a war between the Intergalactic Bank and a small planet. The plot I've got in mind goes along the lines that the people of the planet take out a lone from the Intergalactic Bank so as to pay for more advanced spacecraft and general technology. However, the people planned to pay back the loan by mining out anearby asteroid, only the Bank gets there first and sells it off to make their own profits. Because they are unable to repay the loan the Bank attack the planet, trying to reclaim the technology.
