its seems that bedford councils way of cutting down congestion is by reducing the amount of public transport on the streets in the town??? Ingenious. There must be some alien logic that mayby if they ignore the problem and make it worse by picking at it like a scab it might just runs its course? Like the park and ride service? Now discontinued
