The magical world of Go. Go is a board game that was invented in hte Far East many thousands of years ago and has been popular in Japan and other asian countrys for just as long. It has been played by many of great minds, Confucius spoke of the game, and it is said that Samurai warriors played it in preparation for battle. Shinto monks played Go as part of their training. Go is very easy to learn, two players take turns placing white and black stones on the board, one player being white stones and the other black stones. The object of the game is to claim the most territory on the board. You can surround your opponent's stones and capture them, or just try to capture the majority of the board. Go has become one of the leading games in the world and rivals even chess in its depth of strategy and infinate number of moves.
