When NASA developed their space program they discovered that the common biro would not work in zero gravity. They went on to spend fifteen years and $12billion to create a pen that would work not only in zero gravity but would also work upside down, on any surface, including glass, at any temperaturs below freezing, even underwater...........The Russians used a pencil.
