The Internet is an elaborate hoax.

It has long been the opinion of the Scabrog di Nogg cult that the internet is no more than an elaborate hoax, run by three Russians from a caravan in silicon valley. The cultists believe that there are never more than 6 pages of content showing at anyone time, with a seventh, the ubiquitous 'page unavailable' showing in all other portals.
According to the founder of the Scabrog di Nogg cult, malachi di Nogg, the Russians trio are far from being the usual hoaxers, phreakers and hackers. Indeed they consider themselves engaged in the most elaborate one-sided parlour game ever concieved - a type of high tech mah-jong.
