Updated.
I didn't get to do my cycling yesterday, I spent time with my mother in law. She's in hospital now, so I don't know how the next days will be going.
Hi there - good idea!
Willem Posted Apr 15, 2011
Sorry to hear about your mother-in-law Bel! I hope it's not too serious!
Over here I've taken some measurements again even though it's 'too soon'. My arms seem to be up half a centimetre (36 cm), my neck a full centimetre (40 cm) even though I've lost a bit of weight. Today I weight-trained again, barbell rows, bench presses, pullups, chins, curls, triceps extensions, squats, deadlifts and neck work.

Updated for last week. Today I went cycling with my son. I hope I'll get some cycling done frequently again. Those two miles I've done most days don't really count, as they're part of daily life.
Hi there - good idea!
Willem Posted Apr 20, 2011
Thanks Bel! Glad you're getting something done as well. How's your mother-in-law now?
Monday I trained with weights -
Tuesday I ran 500 paces - no walking.
Today I again trained with weights - barbell rows, bench presses, pullups, chins, barbell curls, triceps extensions, squats, neck work.
I'm eating a bit more these days. I may gain a bit of weight, but it will hopefully be muscle. I'll go down again later on. I'll see about weighing myself tomorrow morning.
Hi there - good idea!
Willem Posted Apr 20, 2011
Sorry, meant to say on Monday what I did with the weights was barbell rows, overhead presses, pullups, chins, barbell curls, triceps extensions, squats, and neck work.
Hi there - good idea!

Yesterday I cycled a good seven miles. According to Google maps this would take 25 minutes by car, and it took me 30 minutes by bike.
Hi there - good idea!
Willem Posted Apr 22, 2011
Hi there! I'm happy to hear you're keeping up with the cycling.
Yesterday I ran 550 paces.
This morning I was 78 kg.
Weight training today: barbell rows, overhead presses, pullups, chins, barbell curls, triceps extensions, squats, and neck work.

By the way did you get my colours of wildlife submission?
Hi there - good idea!
aka Bel - A87832164 Posted Apr 22, 2011
Yes, we got it, thank you so much for sending it in.
I haven't lost any weight, but that's OK as long as I get slimmer.
Hi there - good idea!
Willem Posted Apr 26, 2011
Well it's good to get slimmer without losing weight! Your muscle-fat ratio is changing.
Saturday I ran for 600 paces.
Monday was weight training again: barbell rows, bench presses, pullups, chins, barbell curls, triceps extensions, squats, deadlifts, shrugs, neck work.
Today I ran 650 paces.

I haven't done any exercises at all last week, but updated what you posted here. Tere are some gaps, let me know if you can remember what you've done.
Yesterday, I started cycling again (we're currently 'back to normal routine', but not for long), that was 6.5 miles.
Today, I cycled nine miles in total.
Hi there - good idea!
Willem Posted May 5, 2011
Some days I didn't train at all ... so if there's a 'gap' then assume I did nothing!
But OK, there are some days I didn't post, so let me see ... Wednesday was weight training again: barbell rows, standing presses, pullups, chins, barbell curls, triceps extensions, squats, neck work.
I hurt my back a little doing the rows, so the next few days I didn't do any running.
On Saturday I weight trained again ...
On Monday I weight trained ... barbell rows, standing presses, pullups, chins, barbell curls, triceps extensions, squats, neck work.
Tuesday I ran again - now not counting paces any more, but I ran for about nine minutes.
Yesterday I weight trained: barbell rows, bench presses, pullups, chins, barbell curls, triceps extensions, deadlifts, neck work.
Today (Thursday) I ran about 10 minutes.
I'm happy that you're getting back to the cycling!

Let's see how long it lasts.
We'll start preparing the move of my mother in law to assisted living, and we'll start this weekend.
However, today I cycled 7.5 miles, and yesterday was 5 miles.
I'll update the entry tomorrow.

Jeepazoids, I lost track of this! But I have been exercising faithfully all this time. Same stuff ... weight training three days a week, running three or four days a week. Last time I ran for about 15 minutes ... will time myself again tomorrow. My weight came down a couple of kilos ... was 77 kg the last two times I stepped on the scale. How you doing?

I've neither kept any diet, nor done much in the way of exercise for the last three weeks or so. I wasn't at home for mots of the time and couldn't influence which food I was offered. However, I didn't gain any weight, which is a relief, and today I cycled 10km. I hope I'll be back to normal now.

Willem Posted Jun 20, 2011
Just to say I'm still keeping up with the regimen! I'm up to over 20 minutes of running by now, so the lower goal is reached.

Hi Willem,
sorry for having neglected this. I guess you're still doing your exercises as I'm still doing my cycling. There is a website where you can log your exercises and stuff - there even is an h2g2 group there. If you're interested sign up with http://www.fitocracy.com/, then look for Belana (that's me, of course) and you should see who else is there and find the group, too, which is at http://www.fitocracy.com/group/7326/

Hi Bel! I've kept up the training, yes. I got down to 70 kg, and am currently at about 71 or 72 kg so I'm still lean. Anyways I'd like to try that Fitocracy thing but when I click your link I see an ad for something called Google Chrome Frame and nothing about a fitness site ...
