no, u cannot amend it. at least, not yet. the commandments will be reviewed once terrania is built, but until then we don't want people messing it up until it's ready.

that ain't a commandment, for the simple fact that it is a paradox, as to follow the tenth commandment u disobey it, therefore it cannot be.
