Why is Access ot a Message Board denied?

Since signing up with h2g2 yesterday, I have been unable to access the Mornington Crescent Message Board and I am V. X! and there seems no way to 'contact us' to say, 'what the .... is going on! I pay a silly amount of money to be online and I pay license money to the BBC and I have been cut off - very probably because I am a fool - but the reason we pay what we do for the privilege of the bbc's/tv&radio&web is because they are a proffessional body - BUT CAN I FIND OUT WHAT HAS GONE AWRY - CAN i .... NO!
