Given that I work in the dairy business, I am likely the odd one out. I can live with that - just not with blue in cheese. Most other colours (at least yellow, red & white) are fine!

you probably just don't like mouldy cheese

nothing wrong with that idea .. I just like blue cheese

I don't like mould in my cheese. I prefer big holes in it.

.. holes without blue fur I suppose I am not so fond of all those holes in the cheese .. the holes are not that tasty.

No better excuse for quaffing a bottle of port than a good blue cheese
