Due to the recent activaties (or lack of activities), I hear by propose to construct a multi-story tea-room to attract people to the area. Since the tree is getting-on-abit!!!

Unless you mean a multi-story pagoda type thing?

Yeah, we could go for the gazebo-look however if anyone suggests fareastern-gothic archtecture I'm going to have to ask them to leave in a quiet and orderly fashion!!!

Right, well I have no objections to you building a pagoda, in traditional style, a suitable distance from the maple to allow for growth.

We should build so that the sunsets directly behind the tree from the pagoda on Summer solitice!!!

Ooh! Sounds interesting. I've never played before though, and it looks quite odd. What do you do?
Redevelopment
F F Churchton Posted Mar 24, 2004
Well the rules are hidiously complex and complicated, and I would consult the internet before proceeding. The basic context is you start from a station within the outskirts of London and the first one to reach the Mornington CRescent station wins, but the only way to get there (thanks to Ken Livingston) is by tube, however there a certain ways to get the faster and slow down other players!!!

The basics don't sound to complex. Do you have to pay attention to timetables or something?
Redevelopment
F F Churchton Posted Mar 26, 2004
Well there are variations which you have to keep within or alternatively you can play Full Mornington Crescent in which the variations become the rules. I mean there is the Burlington Handicap which is popular with hootooers which as defined in Stovolds:
"All WC postcodes count double, but cannot be followed by a consecutive WC. Crescents are wild as rule 42 is of course suspended"

Okaaaaaaaaay! But couldn't you just start from (consults map) Camden Town or Euston. It's right next to Mornington Crescent. Am I completely missing the point here? And why is MC crossed off on the map?

Accoding to statement reliased by the London Underground:
"MORNINGTON CRESCENT CLOSED FOR REBUILDING"
So, would you like to start!!!
