Rhymes For The 21st Century
Tap-a-key, tap-a-key, pooter man,
Write me a site as flash as you can.
When it is coded, upload it for me,
Then check it for viruses with McAfee.
Twinkle, twinkle, little screen
With your keyboard in between,
Keeping files so fresh and bright
Even when we're off at night,
Twinkle, twinkle, little screen
Can you wonder what you mean?
This is the way the gentleman writes:
Tip-tap, tip-tap, tip-tap.
This is the way the secretary writes:
Clickety-clack, clickety-clack, clickety-clack.
This is the way the journalist writes:
Digitup-digitup-digitup-attackattackattackattack-dump-dump.
And this is the way the poet writes:
Tick,
Tack,
Tock,
Backspace-backspace-backspace-backspace.
