Berry Punch

This punch is traditionally served around Christmas. It takes you an estimated 10 minutes to prepare it.
Ingredients:
- 500 ml dry red whine
- 150 ml freshly brewed mallow tee
- 2-3 oz (~ 55-85 grams) crystal sugar1
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 cloves
- 9 oz (~ 250 grams) mixed berries2
Method:
Bring whine and tea to boil in a pot, add sugar, cinnamon stick and cloves. Let it simmer for 3 minutes, add thawed berries and remove pot from heat. Wait another 2 minutes before you pour the punch into cups and serve it.
