Well, as everyone that knows me knows¹, I live in the Sacramento, California area. Have for a year now. So you're likely expecting this to be a list of places to visit in the area. But we haven't really explored much

So this will be more kind of like 'This is what we do, and you'll be joining us' with maybe some special stuff².

So what exactly is it that my friends would be doing with us?

There's a few options...

Church stuff

• As it says on my space, you will be going to church with us. I'm afraid this is non-negotiable³. So if you are dead-set against this, you may want to think about it⁴.
• Maybe we'll all go to our normal Tuesday night study. The people there are great, so it's worth a try. This is fully negotiable.
• We normally have a study at our house Mondays. So far it's just Harry, James, Tom, and myself... Again, negotiable⁵.
• This one depends on when you, my friend, is visiting: Once a month there's a men's breakfast at the church, followed the next Saturday by the women's breakfast. So if one of my male friends wants to go with Tom, or one of my female friends wants to go with me, that can be arranged
• If there's a Machaira⁶ concert while you're here, we gotta go! They're great!

Non-church stuff

By now, you may be wondering if we do anything not church related...

Not much, actually, except that I'm always on the computer⁷ and we walk in the park quite a lot. But whether we take you will depend on the weather--those from cooler climes would not enjoy the walk in the summer in the afternoon, believe me!

But some stuff that we might be doing if someone visits:

• Be prepared to have me drag out all my artwork... The stuff in my photo album is just a fraction--all the stuff that I thought good enough that's small enough to fit on my scanner...
• You may be required to watch the wedding video... Though you could very easily get Tom on your side if you're not interested in watching it, and then I'd be outnumbered...
• Maybe a trip to the coast to go gawk at redwoods⁸
• I told 2legs that if he comes this summer, I'm bringing him downtown to have the nachos at this one place... I think I'll say this for everyone...
• If you insist, and the building isn't closed to visitors by then like they keep saying it will be, I'll see if you can visit at work⁹
• If you're at all musically inclined, you may find that I expect you to jam with Tom... And we may go to his cousin's¹⁰ and you'd get to play there too...
