This page has been created in accordance with the Transgressions Procedure for Lifetime Bans.

Nunoportugal has been banned from h2g2 for life. The banned accounts include:

We are closing Nunoportugal's accounts because 50 pages posted by the above accounts have been broken the House Rules; these include pages that contained copyright material in foreign languages that had been copied from other websites, listings of other people's personal email addresses, personal details and advertising. The Researcher was repeatedly informed by email that (s)he was breaking the Terms and Conditions, but (s)he continued to post material that breached the Terms.

Representations by and on behalf of Nunoportugal were considered at the time of the ban, but the Editors' decision is final. Further correspondence on this subject will not be entered into by the Editors. If you wish to discuss the ban or events surrounding it, we'd appreciate it if you did it here, as Conversations are much easier to follow if they occur on one place. Thank you.
