Driving in America

Driving in America is really odd. There is a nice fast commuter lane for those who play car pool (kind of like car snooker, but with fewer colours and a faster turn over). However, it is on the left, and not near any of the exits, which is quite annoying if you want to get off the road without having a crash.
There are some rules:
- If their car is bigger than your car - let it through.
- If they are bigger than your car - let it through.
- If their gun is bigger than your car - let it through.
- The hard shoulder is a lane if you drive a Porsche.
- Porsche drivers pay more for their cars, so that they can own a personal stretch of road that is miraculously always under your own car.
- By dent (sorry - dint) of 4 wheel drive, you can do anything you want to on the road, provided no-one in a black car with flashing lights is watching.
- Police cars are considered to be being driven safely when they push other cars around.
