BRAM STOKERS DRACULA...MY VIEW PART 1

In his novel Dracula the highly acclaimed Irish writer Bram Stoker brilliantly portrayed the effects of the horror of vampirism-the un-dead on innocent people,he was inspired by a Romanian prince known as Vlad the Impaler whose described in a poem that goes
There is nothing that Vlad the Impaler more likes than skewering children on sharpened spikes
he is the sorrowful character of whom Dracula is loosely based.

Johnathan Harker and the brilliant Dr.Van.Helsing struggle frantically against an evil that threatens their loved ones a seductive fiend whose embrace means death... or worse!!!

In this masterpiece(feel free to quote me), the chapters are written in such away that each main character gives their own portrayal of the horror that surrounds them and how they have been affected by it both mentally and physically.

The switching of the narative point of view cunningly breathes life into his characters as personal things about them are revealed in the form of diaries, letters etc.The writer himself says
How these papers have been placed will be made clear in the reading of them" <B//BLLOCKQUOTE>
