Fast food is a simple idea. Food, fast. It should be simple, but outside America, even the basic principle of fast food has been destroyed. If you order a meal in a fast food "resteraunt" expect it to take several weeks to arrive, and to contain no actual food content. For example, take the burger at a common Fast food place. A brown substance between 2 soggy pieces of "bread'. And the less said about the green chunk of alleged pickle the better.
