*waits patiently for her backrub*
*tends to the water lilies in the meantime*
*even feeds the carps*

Why, thank you, that was lovely!
I quite thought this place was deserted...

I went via the Musehome. It was so quiet, I was prepared to wait for ages for someone to show up! Not a bad place to wait, anyway.

Nothing more relaxing than the sound of bubbling water...
While I'm here, why don't you tell me about yourself?

You've seen my Space, haven't you? That's me, I'm a musician living in a tiny Norwegian town. That's about it.

Lol, O.k, well talk to me then. It gets lonely sitting at this computer, and I can't really leave it that often because I get a guilty feeling that I'm not doing any work

What sort of work are you supposed to be doing?

Ah... Well, I'm all done with that, at least for the time being. Mine didn't involve computers very often, either, mostly just my cello. Not that it wasn't hard work...

*wonders if there exists somewhere a computer programme to help people play in tune*

If you find such a computer program, please have a rummage around in the same box and see if they have one for making you remember maths...

I will! There might be other interesting stuff in there too, such as a book to help one avoid being ...
Have you had a nice Valentine's day, then, Sir?

Bah humbug! I don't do V.D... Just feels like an excuse for the rest of the planet spending two weeks rubbing my nose in my terminal singularity .
But thank you anyway, it's the thought that counts,a nd I hope you had a nice one anyway

To be honest, I feel the same way! Fortunately V's day isn't such a big thing here in Norway - yet! We don't really have the tradition, but some people (mostly those who sell cards and flowers, I suspect) seem to think that we need it. I think I disagree (though I might not if I weren't single...)

Can't stand it..... for at least a month before and a good couple of weeks afterwards I can't walk into a shop without being confronted by masses and masses of RED.
Everyone insists on pushing your face in it all.... "What are yoooou doing on valentine's day?".... "sitting on the sofa with a bottle of Jack and a pizza for one, as usual."
Gah! At least it's over now, for another year. Well, it isn't really- all the left overs'll be in shops for weeks.
Thouroughly depressing- especially as all of my friends have gone to see their respective partners for the weekend, and I'm left in to watch the anti- war demonstrations over the weekend. I spose I should have gone down- give me something ot vent my frustration on!
Forgive me if I sound depressive, it's been a lonely 20 years...
Lol, how's about we change the subject? Sound good to you?
:D
