This section deals with the pre-war communist arrangements in Yugoslavia and the subsequent rise of Milosevic as an undisputed allegedly nationalist leader of Serbia in 1986. This part will also explore the various methods that Milosevic utilized to centralize Serbia as well as to alienate Slovenia and Croatia, thereby destroying the communist Yugoslavia Tito had created.
