Please pleaseeeeee. Boyz and Girlz on the team of Doctor Who, Take the show to different planets. In the past the only Doctor that had to stay on earth was The 3rd Doc.
Doctor Who for me as a child was always the fact that i would be transported to a impossable world!!!! To never know what was going to be around the next corner.
In the 9th Docs all we saw was Earth all the time, and even in the books it Earth. Take it to the univerce.

It's already been announced that they will be visiting different planets in the next series (figners crossed that this will mean less of Thicky Micky and Rose's Mum), the reason they stayed on Earth in the first/twenty-seventh series was to help ease new viewers into the programme.

Only guess-work, but I would imagine the Tardis will see a new alien world by at most episode two of the next series. There are a few details in yesterday's press release that you can piece together with the announced storytitles...
