Children in Need

I've seen some preview clips of Children in Need for tomorrow night and the Dr Who stint looks hilarious! Have any of you seen a listing of what time it might be on? I REALLY want to see that bit of it, but don't want to have to watch the fundraiser all night.
Ta in advance! smiley - biggrin

I believe it's some time between 9 and 9.30, but that's as much as I know. A half-hour slot for a 3-minute scene... looks like you'll have to watch some of it after all smiley - smiley

Should be good. I'm hoping Catherine Tate is on in the same slot. Lauren asking Peggy Mitchell 'Are you a cock-er-nee?' smiley - laugh

I've set my Media PC to record the whole sorry affair, so I hope it's in the middle of a half hour slot, otherwise it'll get chopped in half.

Thanks for the time slot Jimster, I knew you'd have the answer! I'll be watching from 9 then. I must admit that I am as excited as lf2871 at seeing DT in action. The little clip I've seen looks very funny and it will certainly give us a hint of the Christmas Invasion.

Well, I do wish it had been a bit longer, but I pretty much enjoyed it. I guess I'll have to be patient and wait until xmas to see more of DT!

He really is. He makes me laugh every time I see him smiley - biggrin I loved him in Casanova and I can already see some of those characteristics coming through in his Doctor, some of them similar to the way CE came across, which is another reason why I believe he will do a fantastic job smiley - magic

And if you want to get even more in the mood for The Christmas Invasion, there's a mini-episode of 'Doctor Who Confidential', filmed entirely behind the scenes on the forthcoming special, on the new Season 1 DVD box-set. Lots of nice clips of explosions and classic Jackie Tyler dialogue... smiley - smiley
