Ahah... But the request was NOT for a smiley, which was quite reasonably declined. It was for a "" or similar smiley...
The "" smiley is fine for "illness" but doesn't really display the same kind of feeling that is required after one has "chundered" as someone else put it... Besides which you DO have the

smilies. Why would you then disclude the result of this course of action? Is this surely not censorship...
