certain skills required to be a classed as a full member of the 'Normal Worker' species. Many have tried convincing themselves
that they are in fact a member of the workers. However they are always found out, on account of, they never actually achieve
anything of value. In fact most of their ideas, when they do have them and not steal them from others, are often based
on some logic that is evidently not of this earth.
They are also habitual creatures. Every couple of years they start off the same process of reorganisation, re-structuring and
generally messing up a perfectly good working environment, born out of the pains of the last re-shuffel.
There are the 'Pack Managers' where one latches onto 'a strategic idea' and consequently the rest all agree without quesiton.
Where in fact they have absolutely no comprehension of the stress and agrovation they wil cause the higher species of
Normal Workers.
Then there are the 'Cat like Managers'. Like their feline counterparts they are selifsh and have but there own interest at
heart. They make decisions and policy without actually telling anyone what they are doing. Resulting in many different
policies and practices totally opposed to each other.
It is said that they harbour a deep seated jealousy of the Normal Worker, and in order to boost their self esteem and ego
think they are in control and have dominion over the lowly Normal worker. They try to make life difficult by building up
many levels of management soldiers. In order to get through to the top structure you have to go through countless ranks of
manager, and consequently due to the nature of 'The Manager' the message will get severely distorted in the process.
The Normal Worker species usually has utter contempt for the Management, but this serves no purpose since the Management
species have evolved clever filtering membranes (called the ignoro sensibliss ideareols membrane) over their ears to prevent
them from listening to the Normal Workers form of communicaiton.
Thus sums up the Management species. Any further study results are welcome!
