The Reverse-Wowbagger (reggabwoW?) Project

You may or may not have recieved a message entitled "You Are Loved" in your message center. If you have, we hope it made you smile. If you haven't, well, be patient, yours is coming! There are only a few of us, working very hard to reach each and every researcher!

Following a very worrying situation in which several researchers banded together to show love and support towards a friend in need, the Willem Love Collective was formed. Its purpose was to provide a place where people can go to escape the bad things in the world and find people who care about them.
I, Sea, was one of those researchers. For the privacy of persons involved in the incident, I will not give any details. Instead, I will say what many people say in the wake of shocking occurrences: "It really makes you think." And it does! It really, really made me think about what was going on in my life, and what was happening in the lives of those that I loved. I came to the realization that people do not tell each other that they love one another enough. I decided that I wanted to tell every researcher that he or she was loved, and that there are people here who care about them.
Thus, the reggabwoW? Project began.
Now, there was no way that I could pull this off all by myself. I'm only one person, and there are a LOT of researchers out there! Fortunately, several incredible people came to my aid and volunteered to help. Gw7en, Shee, Dancer, Strider, Purplejenny, Fenny, and Willem1... You guys rock. I really, really appreciate your help. I couldn't do this without you and maintain my sanity and/or GPA.

Who sent me this message?
The Willem Love Collective. Or, rather, a representative of the WLC. Maybe it was a friend of yours, maybe it was someone you hadn't yet met. Either way, it's someone who cares about you. Think of it as a message from the h2g2 community as a whole, because every researcher is a caring, loving, wonderful person who cares.
Why "Reverse Wowbagger"?
Wowbagger was a character in the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy books who decided to insult each and every person in the universe. I thought that, given the nature of the project, the allusion was fitting. Plus, we're on h2g2! We HAVE to make HHGTTG allusions!
What can I do to help?
I really hope you're asking this question!!!!!
There are TONS of things you can do to help! Tell your friends that you love them. Smile at ten strangers every day - smiles are contagious, and you will brighten their day! Help an old lady cross the street. In short, DO GOOD DEEDS! Not only will they make you feel good about yourself, you'll also be helping someone in need.
