Eating fish eh? Seems a strange topic at first, but once you have tasted my grilled sardines or makerel you will be a true convert. Simply buy it from the fish counter at your local supermarket (make sure they de-scale and gut it for you as this is a pain in the gills) and take it home and grill it! It needs basting every so often in olive oil, and if you make a few cuts in the side and rub salt into them before you cook it, the flesh will be even MORE delicious! It only take 7-10 minutes a side and goes great with chips. Just be careful when eating it - BONES. THere is a method, and it isn't hard, so experiment. I may shed light on this subject in a future contribution.
