Exeter

Most people find them selves orbiting Exeter at some point in life, generally on the way into or out of Cornwall. Situated just off the M5 or down the A30 and close enough to the sea to make everyone feel happy, It's compact city center has the usual high street feel topped of with a small version of the lanes found in Brighton. The local Exeter people are a happy enough sort and liked to be asked questions though not too many as they tend to get confused and fall over. If you find yourself there for any length of time you feel a certain smuggness within an overall relaxed atmosphere with almost all tastes catered for once you spend the time to find them.
If you find yourself here these are the things to see.
The Cavern Club - Music of all variety
Pheonix Arts Center - Large Mechanical bird that wakes once an hour
The Quay - River and Cannal, something about a land dispute a few hundred years ago.
The Fire House - small pub, big food
Cathedral - It's a city
Gandy Street - Like the lanes but smaller
Fore Street - Second hand clothes etc
The picture House - Films and beer
Brazz, Hotel Barcelona, The Gandy, Micheal Canes and a list of other resurants which all serve great food.
The Caves - Open on the odd occasion but worth a visit
Beer shop - Theres two and you can get those beers you enjoyed from around the world!
