A curious thing is that the people who are the largest also seem to be the ones who do not use them properly.
They tend to use their body for momentum to lift the large amounts of weights instead of using thier muscles to lift
an amount their muscles can really lift. When lifting a certain weight, it usually works on two muscles from what I can figure.
One while lifting and one while lowering. So when momentum is used to lift these large amounts of weights,
you are cheating your muscles used to pull the weights down or lift up depending on what exercise you are doing.
