What, no bridge?

I would try writing an article about bridge, but unfortunately my computer access at the moment is somewhat restricted. Maybe in a few weeks.

Oh, sorry. Haven't started yet. Forgot. I got pestered into writing about my journey, so I've been doing that instead.
I'll make a start soon.

"Soon" meaning three weeks later, it seems. http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/A646643
I notice that whist is listed, but not linked to. Does this mean there's no entry on that yet? I was rather hoping to link to it, to save explaining about trumps and tricks.

Hello!
The whist entry is [to be honest] one I have forgotten to write, but it will be done by the end of the weekend.
However, tricks and trumps are explained in detail on the main card games page [the one in the list that just says card games] so it might be better to link to that.
I'll add your entry address to the list with an under development label, and your name shall join the hallowed ranks of the other poor fools on this project.

Okay, that looks pretty useful, although a link to whist might still be a good idea, given how very similar the play is.
End of the weekend? It seems some people are more industrious than I.

Right I might have been a bit ambitious when I said it would be done, but I have made a substantial start, the entry is linked to on the project page if you want the entry number.
It has been made harder when I found there are 3 sorts of whist, 2 formal sorts and the one people usually play.
Any comments on the whist entry are appreciated.

Why do you think my article is specifically "contract bridge"? There is an older version called "auction bridge" (I think), but I don't know about it.
Key: Complain about this post
