lawsuits: cigs vs. alcohol

Only in the USA can someone have real freedom. Some choose to speak freely, some to bear arms and some CHOOSE to smoke and CHOOSE to drink. Cigarette makers are getting sued over people CHOOSING to smoke( millions of dollars may I remind you), and going out of buisness. Im waiting for the day when alcohol manufacturers are sued because someone died of alcoholism.
I find it ironic that in California you can drink in a bar until you cant even remember your name then drive home, but you cant sit and smoke a cigarette in that same bar as it may harm someones health. I CHOOSE to smoke and I CHOOSE to have my glass of weekend wine.
