Money

I wouldn't call this a subject that's close to my heart, but it's even further from my wallet!

The problem is that there just don't seem to be enough small green pieces of paper to go around. This is not because of a global paper shortage, but because so many people want more small green pieces of paper than everyone else. No matter how fast they accumulate it, somebody else is always getting more.

Many people have come up with solutions to this problem. These range from doing away with the whole system to giving all the money to one person. Unfortunately, no one solution has gained sufficient support to be properly tested so mankind is stuck with the current system and its shocking disparity between the haves and have-nots.

For more information on the have-nots please see the entry on students.
