don´t be too sure about the location where to get the only pggb. i found a place as well:
a restaurant in goa. and i can provide you with the recipe:
take a glass with about 250ml.
cool the glass and the drinks.
2cl wodka, 3cl gin, 4cl coconut feny, blue dye, lemonjuice, fill it up with seven up.
lemon is important because it takes away the alcoholic smell.
feny is a booze from india.
you can use blue curacao or any coulour you want instead of the dye, but it alters the
taste.

Another place i have found these wonderful drinks i in Caledonia, NY where a friend of mine makes them with German Kirche.
