Sweet potatoe pie, my favorite desert.

Recipe

Ingredients

  • 11 Cups Cooked Potato
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Cream
  • 3/4-1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Cooking


Mix and fill the pie shell. Bake at 400ºF for 10 minutes; then at 325ºF for an additional 35-55 minutes.
