Big Ben

The symbol of "The Mother of all Parliaments", as it is known in certain circles.
"Big Ben" is not actually the name of the whole clock tower, as many people think, but is, in fact, the name of the very, very old man who lives at the top of the clock tower. He is a friend and mentor to the Crows of Westminster and has developed a special way of calling them to him for their hourly feed, by ringing the bells which hang conveniently in his room.
Not to be confused with The Hunchback of Notre Dame, who is French, quite a lot uglier, didn't like crows, had a hunch and is dead.
