In the words of elvis fans, HE LIVES!
Napster is not dead but soon will be, Napster have taken action with the Napster action comitee of which I am a proud member! Napster is still very active and only a select few bands and new tracks cannot be downloaded.
Alternatives to Napster never seem as good because Napster is not just music, there is a chat-room and instant messaging, you can see what songs your friends have.
I have made four new friends through napster. One of which has sent me some photos, I would send mine back but I've lost the address.
