Erm Cookery

Erm refers to a little known discipline of cookery that many of us employ without even realising it many times a month. This humble approach can, when used by master and novice alike can produce exquisite results in known dishes or can create a wide variety of fantastic and tantalising new dishes with the simplest and most meagure of ingrediants.
Some common applications of Erm
Erm toasted sandwich
1: Sandwich toaster / grill / open fireplace, cheese, sliced bread and margarine or butter.
2:Baked Beans / Turkey Burgers / Tuna
3:Garlic / Mayonnaise
Grate half as much cheese as you would ordinarily need in a sandwich.
Butter the bread, and prepare your choice of sandwich cooking device.
