They've all won the UEFA Cup Winners Cup, European Cup and UEFA Cup.

i.e. Real lost to Atletico, Inter lost to Milan and Roma lost to Lazio.

Sorry but Roma lost the European Cup final to my mob (as someone said above) in 1984.
So they've definitely been in it.
Not sure if they've ever won it mind.
