Luton Borough Council

I used to work for Luton Borough Council, and I have to say they are the strangest people to work for. For instance when one of the people I worked with called us racist names,and I complained, their reply was that it was me that was causing the problem by complaining!
Another occasion I asked for Luton Borough Council to install a Disabled Bay outside my house, as I live in Luton. After much effort, and the promise of action. The Council accused me of 'causing chaos' in their planning department. Probably because I asked them to actually do something.
When I changed Departments within the Council, I heard that my former Corporate Director, Head of Department, and my Manager's manager had all been trying to get rid of me, because I would not accept that it was acceptable for staff to be called racist names. I was even accused by the Corporate Director of encouraging others to tell lies, or change their story to make my allegations seem worse.
Luton Borough Council, are in my opinion the worst employers I have ever worked for. If anyone ever reads this, and disagrees please let me know.
