Don't get me wrong. The dot.com can be a splendid thing and none more so than sunny old H2G2. The only thing that niggles me to a point just short of destructive rage is the 'word', dot.com

Surely that's dotdotcom?

I say stand up and revolt. Carpe dottum (seize the dot) I don't mind whether it's the "dot" or the "." ... but one of them has got to go.

This is THE internet revolution, everything that came before was just a lot of tish tosh and poppycoddle ...

Smoke me a Kipper, I'll be back for Breakfast.
