Sarcasm

Sarcasm is a beautiful thing. Without it, many of us would surely shrivel into a pit of nothingness and wilt away slowly. You have heard people say "sarcasm is the best method of defense" and it's true. People can really get pissed off if you say the right things. This morning for instance, I told my best friend that her outfit was horrible. Of course I was being sarcastic, but it worked. She was incredibly offended and I bathed in glory as I watched her get angrier at my insensitivity. There are basic rules of being sarcastic: make fun of them, make fun of their lack of ability to respond with a good answer, leave them alone when they threaten to hit you. If you follow those rules, you can overcome many great obstacles and go very far in life. My boss is quite sarcastic--although I am too so it makes it hard for him to get under my skin. I learned from my grandfather--the KING of sarcasm. Anyway, the point is this: if you really really need to get something from someone, drive them mad with sarcasm!!!
