how it went...

hello again.
it is now early tuesday morning, and i am winding down for sleepy byes. i think i'll jump into bed with my sister, she is warm and comfy.
The weekend DEFINATELY had its moments...where to begin?
well, i made it to the all-nighter, but left early. it was empty and cold, and the music was too heavy, and the friendliness was missing as they danced so intently in the smoke and flashing lights. into the club at the top of town till one, then back to duncie's. i am ashamed to admit that we all gave in to the sleepy monsters. They stole our fun.

saturday night was an example of my searching for something i cannot define. i felt different. no-one i looked for to look at me was there. I popped to the gay club, which was new and exciting. I was called 'pretty' by a lady in there. i made friends with a teddy bear wearing a luminescent feather boa. his name was cricklade. his fur was brown.
...she did it.
...she loved it.
we made play-doh animals as the music pumped, and we giggled as all of the cigarettes in his packet were replaced with squashy replicas rolled by mashed up fingers.
i took tony, the smiling spider with the old-school style trainers, to keep Mark the 24 hour garage attendant company.
he laughed at me, but kindly.
we snuggled. it was good. caroline was hot. we walked in the early morning. it was clear, we were fuzzy.
the smouldering bonfire left in the park from the night before warmed us. i poked it to bring the licky tongues of hot. we sat in white plastic chairs, caroline in a shopping trolley, and a man talked to us before finding his breakfast.

sunday saw a 'buy one, get one free' promotion at the silly pub where you dance on tables in your underwear. i wore my pvc top. i got drunk. we went to the gay club, it was empty. we came back to the flat with a boy and a girl. dan and i took two. they smoked. we made tea and i was fed miniature heroes like a baby bird. i strung beads as a gift, the order correct, it took me a long time. i heard a sad story of abuse. i spilt purple candle wax on the carpet. i know that i am straight. i spent all my money!

quote of the weekend

"i'll take you all on, one arm behind my back...come on!"
"...no she won't, she fell down a hole."
