To Mr. President.
Mr. President, Minister Of Reality Checking here, I thought we could hold a party for the recent rush of new guys onboared.
I think we should invite any other government around H2G2 and all of their ammbassidors.
What do you think?

Could do... but the last party we had here was a bit of a flop. They seem to rely on a great deal of randomness... the one before was the inaugural ball, which lasted well over six months.
