Welcome to the Word Chain Game
The object is to build a continuous chain of words with overlapping letters, e.g.
Jumper, (per)oxide, (ide)a, (ea)ch, (ach)illes, (les)son, (n)est, ...
Each player give a clue to a word which overlaps with the previous word. The clue can be simple or cryptic - anything goes, really. You must state the number of overlapping letters at the beginning of the clue, and the length of the word at the end of the clue.
Example:
The previous word is: JUMPER
The clue is: (3) Bleaching agent (8)
The answer is: PEROXIDE
The player who solves the clue posts the next clue.
