A singularly intelligent life-form, whose main obstacle to greatness seems to be complete lack of ambition. Cats have been known to occasionally ponder the idea of interstellar travel, but have decided to put it off until after their afternoon nap.
Cats have four legs, a tail, and are generally furry. The generate their own source of electrical energy which they appear to convert from solar power.
Humans and cats have an interesting relationship in which the cats do most of the work, granting their fellow earthlings with masterpieces of artistic expression, limitless patience with humanity's many foibles, and occasionally saving the planet from utter destruction, while the humans have a hard time being bothered to put food out and change the litter from time to time.
