Sho.Send me that as well. However, it'll probably be well into the week before I attend to this Entry again though - I'm s'posed to be marking Mock Exams but, as I said elsewhere, paradoxically, the pile 'to do' seems to be getting larger instead of smaller

Hi BigAl, nice entry on the humble cabbage.
Another type called Kale is also from the same Brassica oleracea family apparently. It doesn't have the traditional 'head' of other types but worth a mention perhaps?

Hi BMT,
It's already there, under 'Health and Nutrition Benefits'
'The cabbage has been revered since Roman times for its anti-cancer properties. Like all cruciferous vegetables1, which also includes sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower and kale, cabbages contain numerous anti-cancer and anti-oxidant molecules.'

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.
If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.
Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!

nah... I kind of got the impression that Al wasn't ready with this and the "" was more because it got picked and on the FP so quickly.
Still I guess they had a convo about it.
I don't have time to write entries these days.

Yes Sho. I've written elsewhere about Entries being picked when there was still active convo
- and others not being picked when (apparently) the convo had dried up
. Actually, this Cabbage Entry was an example one of those, where the convo suddenly picked up again.
Having said that, I was finding difficulty with inserting recipes. I have difficulties with this concept anway because there are any number of recipes already on 'the net', including BBC sites.
I was toying with the idea of having a Header of 'Cabbage Recipes' and saying something like,
'Cabbage is an integral part of shschee (cabbage soup), Kimki (traditional Korean dish), and then just hyperlinking to a BBC recipe site . I may still do this through Editorial Feedback.

no problem for me
I have the same problem with entries suddenly being on the FP. But that's one of the (many) reasons I'm not really active in PR now. This was a toe in the water - but it's out and being towelled off now.

Yes, I've been considering withdrawing from PR. I've been thinking of leaving a ' Slips quietly out of the House' message on my Journal page.

Works for me!
