despite its name doesn’t include sand or witches.
But I won't go into to much detail on what it is made of.</font></p>

face="Verdana">No one will want a sandwich with just meat.
It needs substance, but just since you can get more doesn’t
mean that you have to have it on the sandwich. Experiment
with less pickles, more onions, and practice. Soon you'll
be ordering like a pro. Start with something simple, so
the maker knows you mean business "hold the pickles"
then work your way to the more refined condiments "Easy
on the salt, heavy on the pepper, vinegar and spices
please" then finish it off with a side order to give
the impression that you are suave, that you have better
things to do than order sandwiches "a side of
potatoes, mashed" or "and some chips for the
road". If you go faster than they can write, all the
better, they knew what they were getting into when they
took the job.</font></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><font color="#F09E2F" size="4"
face="Verdana">The mighty cheese:</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000" size="2" face="Verdana">Cheese
is THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THE SANDWICH. Without
cheese, it's just bread and meat; you may as well eat
them separately. For strong meats like salami or pastrami
I recommend mild or sharp cheddar. If your meat is not
very flavorful or sweet I recommend some Muenster</font></p>
<p><font color="#F09E2F" size="4" face="Verdana">Cutting
the cheese:</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000" size="2" face="Verdana">It's a
fine art, cutting cheese, make sure that you get a brick
that is small enough that you can place several peices on
a single piece of bread, if your slice takes up 75% of
the sandwich you will need another slice of cheese,
making the cheese total a whopping 150%, way to much. you want some overlap, but not more
than 3 peices</font></p>
<p><font color="#000000" size="2" face="Verdana">The
proper width of a cheese slice is about 1/6 of an inch,
big enough that it keeps it's shape, and dosen't fall out.
Small enough that it isn't overwhelming, and it
complements the meat.</font></p>

practice, practice</font></p>
